Yorùbá Vision AI is a small team of linguists, engineers, educators and culture custodians building the tools we wished existed for our own language.
Our mission
Keep Yorùbá in daily use, not only in archives
A language survives when people speak it, joke in it, argue in it and teach it to children. Documentation alone is not enough. Our mission is to make Yorùbá easier to learn and more present in everyday digital life — in chat, in classrooms, in creative work.
We combine a carefully curated corpus of proverbs, oríkì, folktales and historical reference material with modern language models, so that a beginner in Lagos, London or Atlanta can get an accurate, culturally grounded answer in seconds.
